Master Planned Developments

WML has and continues to successfully contribute to several master planned developments. The WML Land Development team specialise in this form of Land Development with many years of experience on key projects, including:

Industrial / Commercial Developments

Projects of this nature are designed to a different specification and require a different design
methodology. Heavy vehicle movements and their interface with light vehicles need to be

Strata / Retirement Village Developments

Strata and retirement village developments are normally of a higher density. Care is required to design servicing and road infrastructure within tighter road reserves while paying attention to a smooth interface with residences with a small set back from the road.

Dunsborough Lakes

WML are the engineering consultants engaged by Urban Quarter on this master planned
development in Dunsborough. WML have designed and supervised the construction of over 1000 lots, completing staged designs and administering many staged construction phases.
